“Toenails need to be “clean, dry, and protected.”
Most of the time toenails are not protected. They are only used for beautification when needed. Most of the time they are too long, too short, unkept, or just neglected. Then we got to a call. (The Nail Professional). Is there something on our forehead that says: IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, GO TO A SALON, CALL THE DR. OR….

It’s time to change our behavior towards our feet and toenails. Every day our feet automatically
land on the floor of our bedrooms (depending on what location of the globe you reside). Some
of us knee to the floor and give gratitude for the ability to open our eyes for the new day.
Then we move on towards the bathroom to release ourselves. Our feet pretty much navigate on their own. Or Our brains pretty much communicate to the feet to move, left, right, left, right, left..
I know that we know better because we just do. We just forgot to add the importance of washing the very part of our bodies that carry the majority of our weight.
Here are a few steps to ensure your feet/toenails will not experience “Trauma, Dry skin, Crack Heels, Toenail Discoloration.”
Wash your feet and in between your toes in the shower/tub daily. If you only shower/take baths once a day, then wipe and dry feet before going to bed with a lukewarm towel and soap. Pat Dry with a towel. Apply foot care products recommended by your “Nail Care Professional.”
Wear the right size shoes. Do Not try to “break a shoe in.” That will cause a few issues in the future:
