7. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately after the order has been by emailing us at connect@theglobalmanicurist.com. We cannot promise an order can be canceled but will do our best to do so. We work as quickly as possible to process orders and we are unable to cancel or make changes after the order has been processed.

1. Where do you ship to?

The Global Manicurist ships to all 50 states. We currently do not ship internationally.

2. When will I receive my order?

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of processing your order (orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the next business day). As we are shipping from Maryland, total shipping time typically runs 3-5 days for east coast delivery and 5-7 days for west coast delivery.

3. How are packages shipped?

Packages are shipped via USPS ground.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on location and size of order. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

5. Do you charge sales tax?

The Global Manicurist will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered within the State Of Maryland.

6. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns at this time.
